Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we do custom orders, simply mention how you want your item customized in the "notes to seller" area at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Our items are made to order - currently items are ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes another 2-3 business days before your order will arrive.
Sending a Gift?
Need a gift card enclosed? There is no extra charge... Just mention you would like a gift card included and the wording in the "Notes to Seller" area when ordering.
NO INVOICES ARE INCLUDED WITH ANY OF OUR SHIPMENTS.
Return Policy?
Our return policy is within 14 days of delivery you must contact us. We must receive the items back to us within 21 days of delivery.

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized items
Conditions of return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for return authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
