Custom and personalized orders
On the product page, before you add the product to your cart, enter the details (such as Name and/or Date) in the text box directly below "Optional Message to Joyful Moose"

When will my order ship?
Our items are made to order - currently items are ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Shipping usually takes another 2-7 business days before your order will arrive.

Sending a Gift?
On the item page, before adding to cart look for the section titled "Gift Options"
To add gift wrap for $5 check the box that says "Yes, add Gift Wrap for $5"

Gift cards are no charge, simply type your message in the text area below "Gift Message?"

NO INVOICES ARE INCLUDED WITH ANY OF OUR SHIPMENTS.

Return Policy?

Because our products are made to order, custom or personalized, we can't accept returns.
