Returns
Our return policy is within 14 days of delivery you must contact us. We must receive the items back to us within 21 days of delivery.

Conditions of return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Most items are custom printed or laser engraved. Please allow 1-5 business days for your product(s) to be ready to ship. Please watch your email in case we have questions.

We use both UPS & USPS. Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to arrive. If you need your order by a certain date for a gift, please include a message in the order.
