The ordering process and delivery were seamless. Super easy and affordable. I was a little surprised at how light some of the letters were on the board, however. I understand it’s burnt onto there, but all the photos I saw were very dark and consistent lettering. I personally would have liked the character of it being different shades, but the person I gifted it to is pretty particular. I wish I would have known it would vary before ordering. Just something worth noting. But otherwise, it was beautiful and packaged well and smelled nice too from the burning process I assume!
